COMMON QUESTIONS

A few useful details.

Does the R500 include the permit itself?

No. R500 is the administration fee per straightforward application. The official permit fee is separate and payable in addition. You receive a breakdown before proceeding.

What should I send in my first enquiry?

Your name, operator or company name, routes, vehicle count and the type of help you need. We will confirm a tailored document checklist after reviewing your enquiry.

How long will my application take?

Timing depends on the application type, document completeness and the issuing authority. We discuss timing after reviewing your requirements; approval and fixed turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Does Waypoint issue the permits?

No. Waypoint Zenith Africa provides independent administrative support. Permits are issued by the relevant authority to the transport operator. Assistance with submissions depends on the authorisation and access provided.

Can you help if we already have someone?

Yes. You can contact Kyle about additional administrative support or individual applications when your existing team needs assistance.
